"Atom tm programmiert den Scheiss aus sich raus"
(Atom tm)

The title of the album freely translates into "Atom tm programs the shit out of himself" and pretty much is the full description of what you will hear on Rather Interesting's first 2011 release. To fully comprehend what exactly went through Atom's head when producing this album, one my refer to the album's subtitle "A Popular-Scientivic Collection of Pieces". In fact Atom once again shows us his facette of the technical and tecnologically versatile artist whose playful compositions never drift into the plain demonstration of either skills or gear. Each single composition manages to keep the listener (it's open minded species required) fascinated! The sophisticated programmings and unheard arrangements just Atom tm can do, constantly maintain the balance between the abstract, scientific exploration of sonic horizons and almost pop-like references.
No doubt, tracks such as the opener "Der gute Weib" or "Akkord" show the exterme funk Atom tm is capable of and, in conjunction with the centerpiece "Programmierung 01", inject just the right portion of dancefloor compatible material into this album.
"Atom tm" programmiert den Scheiss aus sich raus", in a peculiar manner (as if Atom was rotating around and unknown center of gravity) carries further what albums such as "Liedgut", "DOS tracks", "My Life with Jesus" or "Schnittstelle", most of the recorded over a decade ago, proposed.
It's a Rather Interesting journey and anything else but boring!
